Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct needs assessments to present tailored solutions and products that solve client problems.
- Closing & Negotiation: Effectively negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and maximize revenue.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking interactions and pipeline progress.
- Customer Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, renew contracts, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a drive to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours and maintain a positive, professional attitude during high-pressure periods.
