Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients to identify their needs and pain points.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive retention and repeat business.
- Utilize Salesforce or HubSpot to accurately track lead status, interactions, and sales pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in the development of sales scripts and training materials for new hires.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service (high performers with less experience will be considered).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of hitting sales numbers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
