Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to exceed expectations.
- Manage a high volume of daily interactions while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately record all client interactions and deal status in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field (strong candidates with no experience will be considered).
- Proven ability to close deals and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
