Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads and potential customers.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities to meet and exceed weekly targets.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to accurately track interactions and update prospect data.
- Build rapport and trust with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and deal closure.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries regarding products and services.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and active listening skills with a persuasive tone.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
