Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Present products and services to potential clients to determine their needs and close sales.
- Manage and maintain a daily pipeline of leads using our CRM software.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional client meetings).
