Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Conduct needs-based sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Accurately record all client interactions and deal progress in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
