Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM tools
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ daily call volume
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document client interactions accurately in Salesforce and report on KPIs
- Attend weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling expertise
- Associate degree or equivalent sales certification
- Authorized to work in the US with no sponsorship requirements
