Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to identify solutions that fit their business needs.
- Present product demos and close sales agreements over the phone and video conferencing.
- Manage and update the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of leads and interactions.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped income.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the schedule.
