Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs.
- Present product demonstrations and handle objections professionally.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize sales strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A positive attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient with computers and CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
