Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our products/services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or close deals directly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
