Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume prospecting and cold calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Manage and nurture a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects through consultative selling techniques.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update records, and forecast revenue accurately.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to prospective clients, overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid office setting.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation (optional for remote roles).
