Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Engage with prospective clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle objections effectively to close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately and in real-time.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a focus on results.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a desire to earn uncapped commission.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
