Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective customers to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and deal data into the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and the desire to earn a high income through commission.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional meetings).
