Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations and consultative selling
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ activity benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
- Develop deep product expertise to address technical client inquiries
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex solutions
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in B2B SaaS sales cycles
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote team environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
