Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop customized solutions for clients across SaaS, healthcare tech, and manufacturing industries
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 30+ weekly client conversations
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product knowledge
- Present product demonstrations via virtual meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience in B2B technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with consultative selling approach
- Ability to work in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
