Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads and book qualified meetings.
- Closing: Demonstrate exceptional consultative selling skills to close deals over the phone and qualify prospects effectively.
- CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas through persistent follow-up.
- Client Relations: Maintain a professional demeanor while handling inbound inquiries and nurturing existing relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and management to refine sales scripts and strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Superior verbal communication skills with a persuasive and articulate speaking style.
- Goal-Oriented: A hunger for success and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
