Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to refine techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Inside Sales or B2B sales (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
