Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Build rapport with prospects using consultative selling techniques and value-driven pitches
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Participate in weekend team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in competitive environments
- Ability to thrive in weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 9am-5pm)
