Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls during weekend shifts to meet daily targets.
- Identify and qualify potential leads within the Tucson market and surrounding areas.
- Present products and services to customers, effectively handling objections and closing deals.
- Utilize CRM software to log interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with the weekday sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and customer support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
