Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Initiate high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify client needs, present solutions, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and deals in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Client Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, answer inquiries, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and with the fulfillment team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in inside sales, customer service, or account management (1+ years preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with weekday availability for training or meetings.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to earn a high commission and bonus structure.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
