Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification calls.
- Close sales opportunities and consistently meet weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize the sales funnel.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide technical product knowledge to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings to refine sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required (Shift: Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
