Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new leads and close existing opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track customer interactions, pipeline status, and sales metrics.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize the Lifetime Value (LTV) of each account.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote-friendly environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
