Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel sales outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads in Georgia and Virginia markets
- Present and sell SaaS solutions to C-level executives through personalized value propositions
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 25+ weekly qualified meetings
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels and CRM data hygiene
- Develop deep product expertise to position solutions against competitors
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Participate in daily stand-ups and bi-weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven quota attainment (SaaS tech preferred)
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated contract closure rates >15%
- Ability to work EST hours (9 AM - 6 PM) for Georgia/Virginia market coverage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Track record of generating $500K+ annual sales volume
- Compelling presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
