Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and acquire new commercial accounts within designated San Antonio territory
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
- Present customized product solutions aligned with client needs
- Execute sales strategies to meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Collaborate with marketing team to leverage local networking events
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year B2B outside sales experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends for client meetings
- Spanish language skills highly preferred
