Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads within the local Kansas City and Ohio territories.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Close sales deals over the phone with a focus on conversion rates and average order value.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve client escalations and ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven track record of working independently.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software).
- Willingness to work Saturday and Sunday shifts as part of a full-time schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
