Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update lead status, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with account executives to ensure seamless handoffs and customer onboarding.
- Demonstrate products and services to clients, addressing objections and closing deals.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (minimum 1-2 years).
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with a reliable attendance record.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive phone manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
