Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients on weekends.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to meet aggressive monthly quotas.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handoffs and customer retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelorâs degree preferred.
