Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Customer Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
- Closing Deals: Utilize persuasive communication skills to close sales over the phone.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback and market trends to the sales management team.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as part of the business schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a high income.
- High school diploma or GED required.
