Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads.
- Effectively articulate product value propositions and overcome customer objections.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects through the sales cycle.
- Accurately record customer interactions and data in Salesforce/CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to optimize conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn uncapped commission income.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
