Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through strategic phone outreach, email campaigns, and CRM engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while exceeding weekend sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to track performance and optimize strategies
- Present product solutions to prospective clients through personalized virtual demonstrations
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Participate in weekend team huddles and monthly sales training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in weekend shift schedule (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm MST)
- Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
