Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Present product demos and handle objections effectively to close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales performance targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday/Sunday).
- Self-motivated and resilient in a high-pressure environment.
