Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital engagement
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 95% customer satisfaction metrics
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines and track performance analytics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted weekend campaigns
- Present product demos and customized solutions to enterprise clients
- Close deals within the sales cycle while documenting all interactions
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions with leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management with weekend shift availability
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
