Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound sales calls during weekend shifts.
- Identify and qualify potential leads to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Present product and service solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Document all customer interactions and sales data accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center environments.
- Proven ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) without exception.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
