Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and digital channels
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using Salesforce CRM
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in CRM system
- Participate in weekend shift training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
