Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close deals through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with uncapped commission structure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless handoffs and lead nurturing
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize conversion strategies
- Complete comprehensive product training to become a subject matter expert
- Utilize Salesforce and proprietary tools to track performance and pipeline
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Availability to work 11 PM - 8 AM CT, Monday-Friday
- Results-driven mindset with desire for uncapped earnings
