Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential customers via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to meet client needs and overcome objections.
- Close sales deals and ensure accurate order processing within the CRM system.
- Manage a daily pipeline of leads to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
