Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls and email campaigns to warm leads in Sacramento and Northern California markets
- Qualify prospects using BANT methodology and CRM analytics to prioritize high-potential accounts
- Present tailored solutions and close deals through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 25+ daily call volume standards
- Collaborate with weekend support team to ensure seamless client experiences
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data

Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with demonstrable track record of exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone/video
- Self-motivated with proven ability to thrive in autonomous, weekend-based roles
