Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls and emails to qualified leads across the Southeast region
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing using Salesforce CRM
- Develop tailored solutions for clients in SaaS and technology sectors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed monthly KPIs for conversion rates and revenue targets
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekend shift training and team development sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented success
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with deal values $10K-$50K
- Ability to thrive in weekend shift schedule (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
