Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track pipeline activity and forecast revenue accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine pitch strategies and objection handling.
- Attend daily/weekly sales training and team meetings to stay sharp and motivated.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, SaaS sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A self-starter mentality with a high tolerance for rejection and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work full-time in our Austin office.
