Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide world-class service, ensuring every client interaction is positive and memorable.
- Merchandising: Maintain visual standards, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communication with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
