Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Present product solutions and value propositions to prospective clients across North Carolina
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to ensure seamless lead conversion
- Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce and CRM systems
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Friday-Sunday) with weekday flexibility for training
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience highly preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Weekend shift availability (Friday-Sunday) with some weekday training
