Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close sales through outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across North Carolina territory
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with strategic pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekend shift coverage (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage remote sales processes
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
