Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual presentations
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and activity metrics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document sales activities in CRM system and maintain accurate records
- Participate in weekend shift (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM) with weekday flexibility
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting goals
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Weekend availability essential (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
