Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through phone, email, and digital channels

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales a plus
