Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets while documenting all interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to present compelling solutions
- Analyze sales metrics to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates
- Represent the company at weekend industry events and virtual conferences
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales or inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently and thrive in weekend shifts
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
- Valid California driver's license (occasional client visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
