Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Identify and assess the needs of potential clients to match products and services to their requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Track sales metrics and provide accurate weekly reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Attend daily training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
- Close deals by guiding customers through the sales process and overcoming objections.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding personal goals.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for local travel.
