Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new business opportunities
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to C-level executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, implementation) to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed monthly sales targets by consistently achieving conversion and revenue goals
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions to refine product knowledge and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales acceleration tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in remote or hybrid environments
- Flexibility to work Friday-Sunday shifts with occasional evening availability for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
