Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Build rapport with decision-makers and qualify sales opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and close deals over the phone.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Manage a pipeline of leads using our state-of-the-art CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Must be eligible for Daily Pay programs and available for shifts.
