Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored product solutions to B2B clients via virtual demos
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95% CRM data accuracy
- Document all sales activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce
- Participate in weekend team training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented success
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas in a metrics-driven environment
- Expertise in Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication skills with polished presentation abilities
- Strong analytical skills to interpret client needs and market trends
- Adaptability to flexible schedules with weekend availability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
