We are looking for self-starters who can manage the full sales cycle, from cold calling to closing deals with enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline within our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Present product demos and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Accurately record all client interactions and sales data in Salesforce.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot).
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional team events).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
